We have a deep passion for enriching the community and dedicate much time to creating the building blocks to making it a better place. Instead of focusing on the negative, we look at communities in terms of their needs and commit to making a change from the inside out. By addressing issues like homelessness, poverty and community service, we continue to empower our teen girls to embrace their civic and social responsibilities.

Strengthening our communities is in the heart of what we do and strong community begins and ends with something you can’t fake: commitment. We are committed to uplifting and enriching the teen girls in our communities to want and strive for more. We jump on the opportunity to make the lives of our girls better by introducing them to experiences that allow them to rebuild and support the needs of their community.

Smarter.
We offer exciting activities and events that combine purposeful engagement, direct experience and focused reflection. We believe in creating life experiences that spark physical, mental and intellectual growth. By engaging in many of our programs and events, teen girls are able to grow their skillset and explore new and exciting opportunities.
