Social Responsibility

Girls are seen, heard and celebrated as they improve their lives and the lives of others in there communities.

Teen girls learn to be self-advocates, community supporters and influencers in their city and beyond.

Better.
Building responsible, civic-minded community leaders is the aim of our programs. With opportunities to lead projects that allow them to give back to the community, girls complete more than 60 hours of community service a year. We help girls become well-integrated with society and encourage responsibility amongst themselves, others and their environment.

Stronger.
Our community outreach initiatives help teen girls identify and understand why social responsibility is important in defining who they are, where they fit in the social world and building confidence. By reflecting on the challenges of others, the girls understand their own struggles and learn valuable lessons about compassion and philanthropy.

Smarter.
By exhibiting social responsibility, the teen girls develop social skills that enable them to be active and responsible members of their community. Girls develop leadership skills, enhance their resumes and increase college application viability. This helps them grow more confident about their own roles in the community, while increasing their self-acceptance and social ambitions.
