As an all-volunteer organization, we owe much of our leadership, support and success to our Board of Directors. Encompassing the mission and vision of the organization, our Board is a diverse group of professionals that volunteer their time to advancing our work, maximizing our impact and addressing factors that put youth at risk in our community.

Rebekah Gregg

Affiliation: RAZORX2

Rebekah is the Systems Integrator at RAZORX2 where she acts as a liaison with customers and customer support personnel. She has years of experience reviewing project plans, identifying inconsistencies, and offering suggestions for complex problems. Rebekah interfaces with clients frequently to build a trusting, solid, relationships.

Deanna McCray-James

Affiliation: Library of Congress

Deanna has more than 15 years of professional experience managing non-profits at a variety of levels. Currently, she is a Public Access Officer with the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. Deanna is the President of Madison Donovan Group, an organization that produces and provides pageant opportunities to young women.

Deborah Rodriguez

Affiliation: U.S. Department of Agriculture

Deborah has over 25 years of experience as a researcher and writer. Currently, she is the Senior Human Resources Program Manager with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Deborah’s expertise includes the ability to analyze information and create a work product that informs leadership in order to make policy decisions.

LaShawndra Thornton

Affiliation: U.S. Department of Education

LaShawndra is a Management & Program Consultant for the U.S. Department of Education where she provides project management support to the Race to the Top-District and the Teacher Incentive Fund programs. In 2015, LaShawndra founded Limby, an organization that supports amputees and individuals with loss of limb sensation.

Ronesshia Wallace

Ronesshia is the Project Manager at Knowledge Link. She has over 13 years of increasing responsibility in the field of program and project management for top government contractors. Ronesshia has experience in leading teams as well as developing training, and completing customer reports and documentation.
