We are not only a program, it’s a declaration that our girls will become successful and explore their true potential. Girls are inspired to pursue their passions, challenge their abilities and realize their inner-strengths. The program develops teen girls into leaders by inspiring them to identify personal goals and build action plans to achieving them.

Stronger.
Through opportunities to master communication, presentation and problem-solving, we prepare teen girls for long-term success and leadership roles. Girls grow through challenging activities that include fun and educational field trips and community service opportunities. Through these, our girls engage in behaviors that nurture their well-being and help them become self-sufficient adults.

Smarter.
Our leadership programs teach teen girls the skills to know who they are, what they believe and how to express it. We see girls’ every-day relationships with friends and family as the primary opportunity we have to teach them the leadership skills that will serve them over a life-time: self-advocacy, personal responsibility and conflict as an opportunity for change.
