Inspirational Quote

Our Leadership Team is made up of the My Girlfriend's House President, Secretary and Treasurer and is the backbone of the organization. They serve as the executive members of our Board of Directors and are in charge of governing and maintaining the objectives of My Girlfriend's House.

The Board is then supported by our Committee Chairs. Through the Committee Chairs, the specific activities that are necessary for our organization to grow, occur. The committees lead our efforts and proactively aim to engage both the members and the community with our message.

Together, the women who form our Leadership Team actively participate in the organization’s evaluation and planning methods to help our emerging group continue to successfully grow. Before executing any plans, each committee must present their ideas to the Board for approval. Ultimately, the Leadership Team is in charge of providing the funds and final implementation of each event or initiative.

Do you think you have what it takes to join our Leadership Team? My Girlfriend's House welcomes strong, diverse women with experience in leadership, management or nonprofits to put your expertise to work as a member of our Board of Directors or one of our amazing committees.

Check out the fabulous women who assist My Girlfriend's House in managing the organization:
